This Velento Resort Penthouse unit has partial ocean views, a huge swimming pool, and has 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms on two floors. The main level has a King bedroom with bathroom, the upstairs has a King bedroom/bath (which can be converted to 2 twins) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be converted to a King upon request) There are also 2 futons in the living room for extra sleeping space.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. The views are wonderful, overlooking the pool you can see the ocean through the gap between buildings 1 and 2.

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils that you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. The beds all have 500 thread count sheets and each of the 3 bedrooms are set up with a King in one bedroom while two bedrooms upstairs bedrooms can either be Kings or 2 twins upon advance request. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

The pool is a great size and there are Loungers with padded cushions for you to relax on, the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have a beach area with 2 palapas from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day.
The paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

  My friends and I rented a villa for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay! We saw Austin most of the time who very helpful just as everyone else as well. I like to get my own things in town but they also offer a grocery shopping service which is cool. It is definitely a 10-15 minute walk from the bars but it's in a very quiet and private area.
  The villa was clean, spaceous, had everything we needed in the kitchen, washer/dryer that worked, great views, an unbelievable dock with private gated access! We never ran out of toiletries and had water refills on the 5 gallon jugs. Awesome place to get away and their wifi works!

  Best stay on Caye Caulker! Every staff member we engaged with was super friendly and helpful; even met one of the owners and he was super friendly and accommodating! We rented a cart and had a fender bender ( literally- broke one of the fender); the owner was very understanding and accommodating, allowing us to only pay for the replacement part.
  The space is beautiful and niiiiice... I will plan all future stays around availability at Velento !

  We enjoyed five wonderful days on K kocher and particularly loved our accommodations. This unit had three bedrooms, which made it nice for all of us to have our private space. It is well appointed and has a very nice veranda how much we spent our mornings having coffee. it is in walking distance to very good restaurants and attractions. The dock stretches out on the water with a lovely cabana at the end. Our daughter spent most of her day there. We highly recommend this property.

  The team at Valento was very accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They arranged for pick up and drop off to and from the marina via golf cart taxi. Their entire team was very respectful and helpful and went above and beyond for all of our needs. The property is beautiful and perfect for a family of eight. The area around the property is pedestrian friendly and safe. It is a short walk to the main strip with access to many restaurants and shops and the beach. We did not use the free paddle boards or the dock that is part of the property but it looked very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

  We loved our stay! Everyone was really nice and helpful. We loved the pool and the ability to snorkel off the dock. They had free paddle boards and a kayak and we used those and got to see stingrays and dolphins. I loved this part of the island, it was quiet and peaceful. The house itself was very nice and clean, with comfortable beds. There is A/C but with the island breeze, we opened the windows!

  We had a lovely stay at VeLento on Caye Caulker. It was very clean, spacious and had everything included you could ask for. We used the pool, the private dock, the paddle boards, and had a fun time with the very reasonable to rent ($5/day) bikes to get around. I was there with a group of 5 women friends. We felt safe and a reasonable walking distance to everything.

  The staff is amazing & super helpful with both the adults in our group & the kids asking them for a million things. We were with a larger group of 20, 6 of them were kids 11 & under. They picked us up from the dock in the golf cart which was for sure needed with all our bags. We rented one of the 3 bedroom units on the top floor, for 8, we ended up being 2 people short due to Covid, but even if they had come along there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals, but there are so many places to eat on the island we didn't actually cook anything. So much easier to go out & support all the local businesses. Dee n D's waterside was our favorite place we ate while we were there. The food was amazing & they were so friendly. Actually ALL the locals were amazing. Definitely rent the bikes! Makes getting around so much faster/easier & the staff even adjusted seats for us without us asking. When going into town go out on the beach side. I don't know if its faster but somehow feels like it, maybe its the beautiful view! There is a 5 gallon water dispenser in the kitchen & they will bring refills up to your room, along with cases of beer, etc for a fee obviously but the convenience of not having to go to the grocery & lug all that stuff around is soooo worth it. The dock is amazing, we saw so much sea life. Even got a video of a hammerhead shark chasing a stingray that came right by the dock & hid underneath. We had a fishermen in our group that caught enough fish right off the dock that they made all 20 of us dinner one night! They have a few swings & a teeter totter that our kids loved playing on & there was a very friendly little girl that lived on the property that showed our kids around & they all played together very well. There are so many places on my bucket list to visit but if I had the chance I would 100% come back to VeLento properties & stay. It was hard to leave for sure :) Thank you so much for making our vacation EPIC!
