VeLento Oceanfront Rentals #9

We are very proud to announce the opening of our last phase at VeLento Oceanfront Rentals. VeLento has been our most successful venture to date, please read the reviews from our past guests who stayed in numbers 1 through 4, this is a very special property with the finest finishes on the island and wonderful staff to cater to your every need.

This unit is actually classified as the "owners' unit and while it has the same attention to detail, it is actually on the ground floor. The other 2 bedroom units in phase 2 are one story up and therefore offer views over the pool and to the ocean, this is the only unit that does not have as spectacular views and we use it for our own coming and goings. The price does reflect the smaller living room layout and the lack of ocean views.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the outside into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized patio with seating for at least 6 people. The views are more limited in this unit as it is on the ground floor but the price reflects that!

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you should need and yes there is a Blender!! The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. The beds all have 460 thread count sheets and each of the 2 bedrooms are set up with a King in one bedroom two bedrooms upstairs are set up with two single beds in each that can be turned into two King beds on request. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

The pool is a great size and there are Loungers with padded mattress' for you to relax on, the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We have a an onsite husband and wife management team who will be there to help you with your every need. We also have maintenance staff and cleaners at your disposal as well as night security so the property is secure 24 hours a day.
