This Brand New Velento Penthouse unit has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors with a stunning ocean view!. The main level has a King bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The second bedroom is a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds upon advanced request. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!!

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day/per bike and the paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

  We were a family of six, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary - three couples, in all. The unit was spacious: three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The spectacular view of the private dock and the water from the porch was enjoyed by all of us. The unit was clean; the property, well maintained and the staff, friendly and helpful. Two from our party were divers and they did two dives per day, then all of us went snorkeling together with the sharks and rays on our third day. We enjoyed eating at the Happy Lobster, Pelican Sunset Bar, Sip n’ Dip and Roy’s...lobster was plentiful since it was just after Lobster Fest. Indeed, a trip of a lifetime!

  Velento #1 was the perfect accommodation for our family. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything from home. The balcony over looks the ocean with a constant wind blowing. In the evenings we swam in the pool right outside our back door. The location of the house was great because it was quite but close to town. The staff was very helpful and friendly and available all day. The went above and beyond to welcome us. We were able to walk to the Split but the golf cart made it easy for the whole to get around.

  We stayed January 14th-21st, 2023 in Unit 1 Oceanview. Beautiful spacious unit with everything you need. Full kitchen, bottled water, washer/dryer and what a view. Our first morning we seen dolphins jumping right at the end of the dock. Staff was very friendly and greeted us every morning with smiles and assistance if needed.   We just had a lovely family vacation (me, my wife and daughter, & my brother-in-law's family) at the VeLento Property on the south part of Caye Caulker. This is our second time on Caye Caulker at the VeLento property since we loved it so much the first time. Well, we loved it as much this time. The place had a veranda overlooking the ocean with a cool breeze; the staff were friendly and attentive; the place was in great shape and clean; it was very quiet at night; the palapa and dock are a great place to hang out; so nice having a washer and drier; there is a grocery store a 3 minute walk from the house. One of our A/C units stopped working, and the staff had it fixed that SAME day, no problem. They arranged dinner reservations and taxis for us as well. This is a wonderful, family friendly place to stay on Caye Caulker far enough out of town to be quiet, yet a quick 10-15 minute walk along the beach into town. We will be back! Thanks so much to VeLento and the staff.

The location of the property on the island is great, within a 10 min walk to the "split" and less than that to most restaurants.   We (three couples) stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with beautiful rooms, common area, kitchen, porch looking out at the beach. It seemed new and in perfect condition. Kitchen was well equipped, and towels were plentiful. Wi-fi excellent. Pool in back was beautiful. The on-site managers were warm, welcoming and even cooked a birthday dinner for us (including grilling lobster and snapper). Location was great, easy stroll to business area. Security excellent. Only minor frustration was computer-based glitches, receiving confusing confirmations from Gore Creek Properties, and also invitation to use Hospitality guest portal, both with wrong dates, hence 4 instead of 5 stars regarding management company. On-site staff could not have been better. We would love to return to same place again. Heavenly!

  Just returned from a 1 week trip at Velento #1. This was my second trip to Caye Caulker and I'd previously stayed at another great Velento property. This one was even better. Everything about the property was perfect - location, furnishings, view, property management. We especially enjoyed Don and Nazle who treated us like family. In fact, after our very successful fishing trip (that Don arranged) they cooked up the fish along with rice and veggies. We all shared a fabulous dinner!
  
  This place is close to the ferries and restaurants, but just far enough away to have some privacy. All the A/C units worked perfectly (which has been rare for our other Caribbean rentals).

  We had an absolute amazing time. I am from Belize and travel to Caye Caulker all the time. This is by far the nicest place I have stayed on the island EVER. Also the priciest. Lol. But it was well worth it. The rooms were clean. The entire house was clean. The view on our HUGE balcony was AMAZING. The pool was absolutely relaxing and also clean. The whole entire neighborhood was clean and charming. The managers Don and his wife are the sweetest people ever. They were so helpful and nice to us. They definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They let us stay a few extra hours since our boat wasn't leaving til late afternoon so we got a few extra hours on the beach without having to worry about our luggage. That put the cherry on top for us. As a Belizean American I can definitely say I WILL BE COMING BACK.
